The data of a cheeremote set into the fragments of a message.

prefix | string | The prefix of the cheeremote. For example: cheer. |
tier | number | The tier of the cheeremote. For example if an user cheers Cheer1000, the tier would be 1000 but if an user cheers Cheer200 the tier would be 100. |
